# How to play Twin Dragons on your Everdrive?

**Twin Dragons** uses mapper 30 (UNROM-512) which is not available in the **Everdrive** OS.
However it's possible to add it. Here are two ways of doing it.

At the time of writing, the latest version of the OS is v16.
If you use this version, jump to the part "**V16**", otherwise go to the part "**Other version**" below, or send me an email to contact@brokestudio.fr.

### V16:

In the folder where this text file is located, you'll find an **EDFC** folder that you just need to copy to the SD card of your Everdrive. You will be asked to confirm if you want to overwrite the **MAPROUT.BIN** file. You can replace it since another **MAPROUT.BIN.BAK** file (the original) will be copied with the new **MAPROUT.BIN**.

That's it, you can now play Twin Dragons on your Everdrive!

### Other versions:

If you are using another version of the Everdrive OS, here is the procedure.
First you need a hexadecimal editor like HxD that you can find here: [https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/](https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/).
Open with your editor the file **MAPROUT.BIN** which is in the **EDFC** folder on the SD card of your Everdrive.
Go to slot 1E (**offset 00000010, column 0E in HxD*), replace the FF value with 1E, and save your file.
Then copy the **030.RBF** file in the **EDFC\MAPS** folder of this zip to the **EDFC\MAPS** folder on your SD card.

That's it, you can now play Twin Dragons on your Everdrive!
